Melanin Majority and we’ve been watching the Black travel space expand, and it’s beautiful. Combined we have traveled to 30 countries & lived on 3 continents. From teaching abroad in Japan to studying abroad in Rome, we have had a variety of experiences across the globe. Through these collective experiences we were inspired to create MELANIN MAJORITY to empower globetrotters to show up to their destinations – whether it’s Santorini, Capetown, Bangkok, or Montego Bay – UNAPOLOGETICALLY MELANATED. We want them to be proud of their melanin as well as their majority status in the world, recognizing that traveling is not only a revolutionary act, but also honors their ancestors, who were courageous explorers, savvy navigators & cultural purveyors.
