Fine Print:

First time floaters, read closely. At a minimum, bring a cooler (16 quarts is safest), some snacks, and a reusable water bottle. Depending on the river, there is no glass or Styrofoam allowed. Bring a zip-lock for your cell phone;  People typically remove their hats and sunglasses before going through the 2 small chutes; and give the cooler to the most responsible person in the group.

Payments to Urban Camp Weekend are payments to secure your spot at the campsite along with any of the amenities that are offered for that particular trip. Urban Camp Weekend has a no-refund policy, however the participant does have a right to initiate a transfer of their secured spot. To initiate a transfer, an email must be sent to info@urbancampweekend.com prior to the transfer and Urban Camp Weekend will handle the transfer of names.  Urban Camp Weekend has the discretion to issue a refund on a case by case basis and may do so from time to time depending on the circumstance(s). If a refund is issued, a convenience fee of $25 may be applied to the refund amount for event materials and services needed prior to camp.
